Works fine for a while, but then stops producing any subtitles for videos. I have recently bought 60 mins of subtitle coverage and can't use them because no matter how many times I restart the app and pick a video it just gives me one line with the word "Text" in it. The video is only 2 minutes long mind you! I assumed the only way to fix it is to reinstall the app and buy more minutes. Did it today and paid again, but it still doesn't work! If y'all don't fix it I'm filing a complaint.

If you’re open to it, we’d love for you to give it another try — it should work much better now. And if anything feels off, just write to us at [email protected] — we’ll gladly help right away

I love this app. I got it so I could understand the conversations my room mates were having because we speak different language. It helped put my paranoia in check. Only now I'm having a problem . I select a video and it goes thru process of translating and when it's almost done ,an error message pops up and video disappears along with the minutes . Spent quite a bit on minutes for nothing but this is first time it's happend.I love the app. I'm not tech savvy so I appreciate how easy it is.

The format and usage is actually very nice. Easy to use, lots of customization, and accurate voice-to-text. All good things for a caption service. However, there was no option for me to save the video into my photo album to actually use anywhere. The whole point of video captions is to, y'know, use it somewhere. In the end I wasted so much time on this app. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Thanks for your feedback — and sorry for the confusion back then 🙏 You can now export videos directly from the app using the “Export” button, and they will be saved to your device and ready to use anywhere. If you’re open to it, feel free to give the app another try — a lot has improved since then.
